It is suggested that you drink plenty of water to help hydrate your skin.  Also use a light scrub to remove any dead skin cells and apply moisterizer.

I always suggest a black top and will do a black on black background, this photo focuses on the face, you will see several of these under the photos.

If you require a white background, often a white top will also focus more on your face.

Bring the tops/jackets etc. colors you love and will represent what you are wanting your photo to portray.  

Keep your jewelry simple.  Ensure your necklaces hang straight.  Smaller pieces are better as it will not distract from your head shot.

Glasses - Ensure your glasses are very clean.

Bring your cosmetics for touch ups.  You may also want to change a lip color for different looks.

Bring a brush/comb for touch ups.  If you would like a different look (for example you would like business photos as well as casual) bring what you require for this, hair straightener/curler etc. for a different look.
